This little boy was BEAUTIFUL. I probably said that 20 times during his session. His silky hair, big sparkly eyes, just everything. He was such a pleasure to work with. Add Comment A few weeks I had the privileged of photographing the birth of my friends second grand baby. It was a gorgeous Fall day, the sky was blue the leaves were starting to change color and even better, traffic was great :) Baby Kimberly had a hospital full of guests waiting for her arrival one of which included her 1 1/2 year old sister. The labor and delivery went great and a sweet baby girl was welcomed into the world. Sweet baby Blake was such a cozy sleepy little guy, for me anyways. Rumor has it he's been sleeping much better for Mom and Dad now too :) Cali came to the studio for her newborn photos along with her mommy and big, adorable, brother. She was such a sweet little thing and such a good baby. Her brother kept referring to her as "cutie-pie" and it just melted my heart. She is such a loved baby girl. This year I decided to do Fall Mini Sessions. They were a hit. I had a fantastic assistant, Ginger, to help me make the little ones smile. So many personalities and faces were captured. From families to mommies-to-be to furbabies I welcomed everyone and we had some fun. It was so great to meet up with this family again. I was their for the birth of their daughter and also did her newborn photos. I can't believe that was 8 months ago. This family is GREAT! They are so so nice and I really enjoy working with them. I've known Angela for 20+ years. Our lives have crossed paths several times along the way. It has been so wonderful to photograph her family. Last year I did her daughters senior photos and this year I did their family photos. I hope to have the privileged of photographing her first grand baby in just a few months. This is the second time I've done Stacy and Ben's maternity photos. The first time was about 17 months ago. I was so excited to photograph them as the expected baby girl number 2. We met at Gasworks Park on a GORGEOUS Saturday evening. There baby girl was born a week ago and I was there to capture that as well. Stay tuned for that blog post. I met Nicole and her god mother at The Evergreen Arboretum. It was a beautiful day and the arboretum was gorgeous. Nicole was so easy to work with and flashed her gorgeous smile a hounded times for me. I met with this adorable, funny, out going couple a few weeks ago. They are going to make GREAT parents. We had so much fun during their session. They purchased my Baby Plan so I will have the opportunity to watch their baby girl grow over the next year. She should be here any time now and I can not wait to do her newborn photos. |
